Role & Responsibility:
Leading the operations team under the supervision of
State Head(MP) responsible for Service Operations.
Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Targets
of MP State.
Verifying and extracting data from databases or
systems.
Sets up operational objectives on medium and long
term under the supervision of State Head for the operations
team resulting in strategic plans.
Conducts the general management of the state office.
Leading operations, safety and environment, technical
services.
Part of the operations team where day to day issues
are being discussed and where efforts needs to be anticipated
to ensure a smooth operation of the state.
Ensuring availability and easy accessibility of
knowledge concerning all operational activities.
Analyzing and assessing on basis of figures of all
organization departments, administration of financial results
of various processes and their effectiveness.
Liaison with all the stakeholders, Partners,
Government departments throughout the project, and
maintaining a constructive relationship with them in all
situations that have an impact on employees and/or their
working conditions.
Following up, stretching, and adjusting KPIs related
to performance of the state under the supervision of State
Head
Define and allocate resources for operational
requirements ensuring the organizational goals.
